Call/text/data/voicemaill will all work if you are out of province. The only thing that will not work is if you try to make an outgoing call to an out of province number. If you are on the 90 day plan, your plan will auto renew after the 90 days.
How have you been in contact with PM? I see this is your first post in the community. If you let us know whats going on one of the admins will help you out.
99% chance its an iPhone issue. Go to settings->do not disturb, check the "Allow Calls From" setting. It needs to be set to everyone. Its probably set to favourites.
