I changed it to "Lost/Stolen" after I saw that it said it was going to be deactivated within 30 days instead of 90, hoping it would make a difference, but it didn't

I undid the 10-day plan once I realized it said it would take effect after my auto-renwal of my 90-day plan. Then I went in and disabled auto-pay. Now I went back to see if I could pick a 10-day plan and it looks like I broke it :(. See attached for ...
