after active the sim card, I try to pay by voucher, but, it didnt work, click many time active key, no reaction ! ?????

I bought brand new SIM card few month ago, I try to set up service, system said: my sim is not valid.

Thx I just active the SIM, not active phone number yet, I cant call 611.I bought voucher over a week!

My problem is not able to active the sim card, at active the sim card step, when I enter sim number , it showing "invalid sim card'
