Hi,What information would I need to port a number away from Public Mobile? Would it just be account number and phone number?Thanks!

I was able to get it resolved by going to this link https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help and then selecting the following options to create a ticket: My Account, Rate plan and Add-Ons, Rate Plans.

My problem is a little different. The plans weren't changed, so they are working fine. Their deactivation date is late in December. So I can't make sense of the suspended message. Can one of the moderators clarify? @Shazia_K @Mary_M.
