My negative attitude is justified because I have been dealing with this issue for a few days. This problem shold not be here. And I can not getting any help to resolve it

Everything works except making outgoing calls using my contacts.Only when I make a phone call from 'Contacts' does it get answered by Public Mobile with a message saying my plan does not include phone calls

I have powered down my iPhone 8, took out the SIM, waited 5 minutes and restarted.Same problem.Never had any issues with Rogers.. My husband switched from Rogers withour any problems.Public Mobile is not worth the hassle

I tried calling one of my contacts without using the contacts and it went through.When I look at the number called from contacts it is the same number. The call log shows the same number.I never had a problem calling from my contacts on Rogers.I will...
