My data is not working today and I haven't received any notifications that I am over my limit so is there an outage on just the data today 
So I'm not sure exactly what happened but my new month plan just started on the 1st of August so far I have only used 0.48 GB of my 3 GB data plan and now it won't let me access it can somebody please help me troubleshoot this or have a public mobile...
Can I change my plan and still keep my promos? And will it charge me extra for changing my plans?
