My data does not want to work. I have checked the APN and it seems to be correct. It is showing 4G on the connection symbol like it is trying to send and receive data but then times out. Any suggestions?
Thanks to everyone for your assistance. I have narrowed down the problem to Google Chrome. I downloaded Firefox and can surf fine with it. I am thinking to uninstall and reinstall.
Thanks for your help. I have gone into the settings but do not have that three dot or reset option. I am now able to send pics via text. However, can not go internet. Pages won't load. Getting pretty close to pulling the pin.
