Hello everyone,I'm unable to send or receive text messages or use my data. Any ideas on how to go about it? I have tried turning the phone several times but no avail

I just activated a sim card but cannot make a call. Got this message "mobile network not available"

Hello everyoneI still cannot use my data. I tried resetting the APN but it is greyed out. Any suggestions to resolve this please let me know
