Phone not working

My phone is not working but I have 25$ in my account towards next payment not due until January 25. Can someone please fix this gliche?

Have you tried power of then back on. Maybe it might work.

Yes once I powered it off then left it for 5 minutes then powered it back on it works as it should.

My phone wasn't working to make calls. I turned it off left it alone for 5 minutes then powered it back on and now it works to make phone calls again [Sometime a reboot just fixes the problem ............ Luddite]
