I was sent to a page that requires me to remember my current password in order to change it. On another screen, after entering my email address, I find I'm still locked out after more than a day. Help.
I keep getting "you don't have a long distance add-on" while calling a local number, plus I have Canada-wide calling minutes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
