hey i had the same issue but it was because i was handling it from my phone. Log into public mobile from your laptop not phone!! and follow the steps again. Just be patient as it is all online based. You should be good just to patient
yeah man dont worry usually the service can be a little tricky on here as its all online, you just gotta be a little patient and it works out! as for the credit card, as long as publoc mobile accepts your information youre good to go !
