Hello
Had trouble with my billing address when purchasing a sim card online and was charged twice.
How do I cancel one of the transactions?
Is there a number we can call someone?

There is no phone number to call at Public Mobile.

@MarcoD Submit a ticket to PM and include the order number that you want to cancel. To submit a ticket do the following:

@MarcoDPublic Mobile has no call center, but you can contact the moderators by clicking on the lower right hand corner and chat with SIMon, then type rep.
However if you purchase directly from Public Mobile, the purchase and delivery service is actually farmed out to Shopify, because of the short time between order and fufilment and there is no returns for SIM cards you are likely just end up with an extra.
