I Still have it.  It shows up under promotions 0 of 5G used.  I also still have the 1G  that they gave during Christmas.  Maybe speak to the moderators.

From what I understand, the 1 time 5G addon has no experation date.  You can use foreever until it runs out.  But you can't change plans.  If you change plans you lose the remaider of the 5G.  I hope that answers your question.
