Does public mobile has networks in Countries outside Canada? Like for ex . Dubai, Abu Dhabi or India if travelling internationally?  Can we expect incoming text or calls to work?

If you purchased 4g lte addon and then your plan renews and you have the 3g data. Which one would be used first if you phone data is on. 

Hi Team,I just joined public network however the retailer didn't enter DOB for my account. I don't see any option under self serve window. Can anyone please help me out here?
