Gotcha, makes sense.

It is legitimate.....but the Amazon ad is very poorly worded. Another member here bought and did not carry through with the directions and just activated the sim upon receipt. The CCS is more explicit and easier to understand.

Canadian Cell Supplies (CCS) also have deals and they give you a free SIM.

The only deal this month is $15/month plan for $12. Deals alway changes.

There are no special plans. This is a seller who is giving a one-time discount for the first 30 days.  The seller is likely given you buyes a $11 discount as a incentive to get the new customer to activate through them, and thus earning a commission.

I would investigate and maybe read any fine print. Seems a little fishy to me.
