I'm posting the following because PM is under Telus. I am cut and pasting a Telus promotion ( "TELUS Promo Offers 3GB for $10 or 10GB for $25) for Some Customers"that was in my spam folder-- not offered to me since I'm not a Telus customer. I don't understand what gives with Telus emailing me this offer that even if I had a Telus account would only be for "some customers". Does PM plan to also make a similar offer to us PM account holders?

I’m getting email spammed not only from Telus but also from Bell and Rogers. Even though we’re on Bell Fibe internet I’m even getting emails asking me to switch to Bell Fibe. LOL. Clicking the “unsubscribe “ button doesn’t help at all.

Were you once with Telus?
I know it wont work for me but I texted them anyway and got "Sorry, you are not eligible for this offer."

Oh, and to answer your other question, there were some recent targeted migration offers to have Public Mobile users switch to Koodoo. It's my understanding that those offers came via text as well and were quite random in who they were sent to. This was before I become a member of Public Mobile.

Were you at some point a Telus customer? Maybe that is why you got the email? I heard that the offer only came via text, so that's unusual.
There is a Red Flag Deals thread that cover this topic in case you are interested (see link below). From what I read on there, it not available to Public Mobile customers. A few tried and they reported back that they did not succeed.
