Does anyone know when public mobile started? And I heard that Telus started this is that true?

Trust me when I say that many noticed and weren't at all impressed.  If someone wants to spend hours at a time posting in every thread, that's nothing anyone would likely complain about. Ressurecting year old threads for no reason and then posting content that doesn't even relate to the topic at hand, is repettitive, or just has wrong information is another matter. Quality of message posts shouuld matter when it comes to Community rewards.
