Please file a CCTS complaint if you are against shutting down existing point system

Well I am not interested in being forced to move from the old point system. A move which only benefits PM and not its customers.

@Tabman - PM ain't shutting down the Public Points Program, only moving people from Legacy Rewards to Public Points.

@RickyBobby1 - The points system is staying but the Legacy Rewards are leaving. If you are on Public Points now the CCTS complaint will be rejected by the CCTS.

I just filed the CCTS complaint. I have 4 family members with the same Public Mobile plan so I will get them to file a complaint as well. We want to keep our original rewards program.

Thanks for posting this! I am against shutting down existing point system. The existing point system is why I signed up with Public Mobile. I am very disappointed in this change!
