Hi and welcome! I have been a PM customer for about 10 years now (OG) but just joined the community yesterday. Last February I finally got my friend to switch to PM. His plan is now half the price and 5 more gigs of data per month. Holla! When he called his provider to inform them of the switch they cane back with no live customer support with PM. Oooooo. Really? I’ll take no brick and mortar stores and no paid live customer support for an affordable plan any day. AND you can earn discount rewards on top of the great plans. The gift that keeps on giving.
