Many of the things sold on Ali are designed for foreign markets (India, Asia, etc). Incompatible with communications standards in other markets - wrong radio frequencies, bands, protocols. Incompatible with electrical standards in other markets - wrong plug, voltage, phase, etc.

Do your research. Make sure you know exactly what you're buying. Make sure the vendor knows exactly what he's selling.

Some good deals can be found. But this one looks a little too good to be plausible - it's not what it says it is or it's somehow broken or it's going to cost a lot more after the vendor's outrageous "shipping" costs are added.

Definitely not but if you don't mind that fact it could be good value, very hit and miss from phones from China, I had one buddy who bought one on amazon and loves it but that one is so low that i wonder what it actually has

There are many phones like this in China.   This S22 Ultra is certainly not the Samsung one

Even bigger brands purposely use name similar to the real one, like naming their device Note

It is likely a fake. Sellers on AliExpress and Wind sells clones.

I have seen iPhone 12 fakes with Android system.
