Just a warning for people thinking about joining PM. I have been a loyal customer for many many years, but will now be looking for new service. The price and service was great for many years, but now the service is terrible and so is the price. 

I used to receive $9.00 @month in discounts which I earned in being a loyal customer, but they have decided to take that all away. On top of losing my discounts dropped calls have been a problem for months and months. 

PM is not the same company it use to be and I would not recommend signing up.

Losing the monthly autopay and loyalty rewards did increase the price for most legacy customers unfortunately.  

The drop call issues is being worked on at the present time and hopefully will be fixed in the near future. 

BTW, which plan are you on presently.  If you are on the old $25 plan for 1GB, there is an unadvertised $19 version for 1GB LTE that existing customers can switch to.  That would save some money for the $25 plan users.

I would recommend finding a better provider. PM is not the same company it use to be.

Don't switch to public mobile keep looking for a better provider.
