This is an old legacy $13 50 text talk plan. There are still lots of unused promo international talk minutes and promo data, and $15 reward bill credit. The account is currently deactivated and we have 90 days to reactivate it.
I have no use for it and I want to just give it away free to anybody who can use it. It is great plan for somebody who is not a heavy user or if they want to use the plan to upgrade to a $19 plan or $23 plan which are currently not available for most current subscribers.
