I was willing to reactivate my account. It has been 3 days that I am without communication. Also, I tried to changed my plan for the 35$ but with failure.

J'aimerai reactiver mon telephone ainsi que changer mon forfait pour celui de 35. Toutefois, j'ai essayé de le faire en ligne, mais il y a des frais supplementaire de 129$ que je ne comprend la provenance.

@karume22 Very frustrating I know, but this a quirk of the system; you cannot change your plan after expiry without moderator assistance. So, click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, and an explanation. Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9AM (ET) - 7PM (ET).
Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.
As you are bilingual, in the future consider using the English forum as there are more users there for faster response.
