I just payed my bill but no service . WHATS WRONG?

For payment problems , here are your options :
You can talk to a live representative only if you are a former customer ( subscriber before January 27, 2015). If this applies to you, contact Public Mobile by phone at 1-855-478-2542 or by cell by calling * 611
After that date, you may contact Public Mobile only by email.
Here is the procedure to email :
Click on this link: https://publicmobile.ca/fr/on/contact-us
Then at the bottom of the page to the right , click on the " Send an email "
- Select "My Account"
- Select " Billing & Payments "
- Choose "I 'm not sure that my account is active. "
Click the " Send email " button and complete the form.
