Have been waiting number porting for 3 days

Hi there,

 

I activated the SIM last Thursday. Currently I can dial out and use mobile internet. But I cannot receive incoming call.

 

Then on Friday I sent mesage using "Contact Us" and "Private Message to moderator" but no reply.

 

Please help. Thanks.
