Have not been able to have incoming calls or outgoing for the last 3 days

@CallaLily   Is your account active and not suspended for any reason? 

 

Try rebooting the phone, toggling airplane mode on/off.   Try setting the network mode to 3G/WCDMA.  You can  try putting your SIM in another unlocked phone and reboot and back to your phone and reboot.
