1, I have 90 days term contract with PM and set up with AUTO pay. and during the last 90 days I changed the new promotion plan effectively next new term. BUT It didnt auto renew my contract resulting I missed so many phone calls !!!
2, So I pop up funds online like 1 hour ago and now still cant not make phone calls although online self service says account is ACTIVE !!!?
Also cuz i was in a hurry i accidently changed no MSG in my plan. can you guys reverse that? I need msgs service !

Sorry to hear that you are also having renewal issues, unfortunately some others have experienced the same on change to the new plans.
