Hi Public Mobile Community,
I am new. I have submitted online my PIN and mobile number from Petro-Canada Mobility yesterday. My Petro-Canada is still active with the number and has not yet been transferred to Public Mobile. I have sent a private message to moderator yesterday, 3 hours ago, and 23 minutes ago. How long does it usaully take to resolve my issue or at least reply and say anything? thank you

My number has finally transferred to public mobile a couple of hours ago; I just used the PIN from Petro-Canada mobility. It just took longer than I expected. Because the "how to activate" article said it takes up to 2 hours to transfer. I just needed to patient as was suggested by one of you.
Thank you everyone on this thread for the prompt replys. I wished the moderators replied promptly like you all; at least say something like there could be a delay or anything at least. I still didn't get any replys from the moderators.

Read my post about porting number from Petro-Canada Mobility and Speakout.
You need the IMEI # used on your Petro-Canada Mobility. Dial *#06# on your phone using Petro-Canada Mobility SIM card. Send another private message to moderator if you did not supply your IMEI #. Moderator wait time is 2 - 3 days.

You might need to use IMEI to port from Petro-can. Verify with them imei they have filed.

@colincolincolin It all depends on the volume so typical times range from a couple of hours to 48 hours.
