I have subscribed the 5g $34/40g plan. How can I transfer the sim of ctexcel to the esim of public mobile? My service provider is not on Public Mobile self-service activation list. Can someone manually help me port it in?

Hello Yuanlin, the PIN from Ctexcel is 4 digit, and the account number Public Mobil requires is at list 5 digit. I tried the acount number and it won't pass. The only option is to put IMEI number, but the error message is the phone number and IMEI/Account Number doesn't message, presumbly because it is under Telus but not Telus.

you could use Telus to port in the number and leave the PIN as account number. I was succeed by this way
