hi there i am trying to switch from public to bell
i did this yesterday i want to know if the IEM will be relase soon now i got aprove with bell
thanks hope i cant find out soon

Hello @douellet90 ,
You can only port over your Public Mobile phone number if you account is in ACTIVE status. If it is not ACTIVE you will need to activate it (suggest with the lowest cost plan), then you can port it to whomever.

Hi @douellet90 if you are in the process of porting out your number, continue using your PM sim card until it stops working. Porting will be complete then and your PM account closed.

@douellet90 Instead of IMEI it's better to use your Public Mobile account number. Just login into your selfserve account, your account number should be listed top right corner of the screen.
