subscription did not change to the 100gig 35$ month, I choose on my next renewal to switch to the 35$ 100gig plan and now that plan is gone I can't switch to it

In the future, please do not post screenshots of youur account infromation. I deleted the picture from this message thread but you will still need to delete teh picture yourself from your Community profile.

From your screenshot. The new plan should have switched on March 7.
I would suggest you contact a CS_Agent and indicate that your new plan didn’t switch on your renewal date and use the screenshot as evidence. They should honour it.
