I got a notification from public mobile saying: "Your services are on hold" I have paid without missing a month, why am I getting this message?

If you can make calls, it means your service is working
try to restart your phone, it may fix this issue

It could be a cache issue, if your service is working, calls, messages and data, you can ignore this message.
You can check again tomorrow from the app, or clean browser cache, restart your phone and try again.

@vickyhontas , is your service actually suspended? If everything is working, don't worry about the errant notification.
