so i need a port to be reversed for it was a landline number.
company says Public needs to relese the number for it to be reveresed.
any help on this ?

Unfortunately, you need assistance from the Moderator Team. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with a description of your issue along with your phone number and 4 digit PIN. If you’ve forgotten the PIN, provide any 3 of the following in your message: complete mailing address, email address, alternate phone number, last top up date & amount.
Moderator hours are: Monday to Friday, 9 am (ET) to 9 pm (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9 am (ET) - 7:30 pm (ET). Usually they answer within in a few hours, but can take 24.
If you have that line registered to an active Public Mobile account, you can port out at anytime but your PM account will close and any prepaid amounts lost.

I need to reverse a port.
i gave the rep my landline number and when i try to get it back my company tells me i need to have Public relese it for me.
How do i have it reversed
