my number********* and I've referred 3 people to get public mobile. they got it but forgot to add my referral code. my referral code is ***********. phone number ***********, 2- *************, 3- **********

Those customers will need to contact Public Mobile and have it added. They will need to verify their account and verify that you gave them your code. You can contact them by clicking on the "?" in the bottom right-hand corner and creating a Trouble Ticket through SIMon the Chatbot.

@syed95 please use the 3 dots on the top right of your post to remove your personal information from the post. This is a public forum. Have the 3 people you referred contact the moderators, explain that they forgot to add your referral code and ask them to add it. Give them your referral code and pm cell phone number.
There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.
