Hello I reactivated my account its been over 2 hours and it still does not work. Please help I need it to be working by tomorrow!

If its coming up No Sim it will most likely be the actual sim or phone that is the problem..are you using the same phone you were last time you were activated?

@natashae, do you mean that you topped up and reactivated an otherwise suspended account. It should work right away. Do you see the account status change to active? Have to rebooted your phone? Try also toggling the lost phone feature. Sometimes this is like a soft boot on the account and can fix minor issues.
