@jiayaoff The problem is not your computers but theirs. There are ways to design a web application to "scale" as needed so that when more people are using it, it has more resources available. I don't see any sign that the PM site scales well, so there are just times it's busier and therefore slower than other times.
Not really anything you can do about it other than to pick quieter times for account maintenance if needed. Having said that, it's manageable for me most of the time - not as fast as I'd like, perhaps, but working.
