I'm currently having issues receiving and making phone calls. The phone phone dials and nothing happens (no ring tone).

Does your data work? make sure you're not on wifi. If so, do you have the corect plan set up?

Your sim card might be broken. I've had this happen to one of my phones a couple years back.

Did you just activate your sim? If yes, did you port in your number?
Are you getting any reception on your phone?
Login to your self-serve account and confirm you are on the correct plan.
