Hi there, i have sim number xxxxxxxxxxx public mobile it show invalid even few days ago i did active and i transfer my number from fido 15 days ago and i have more then month balance so what i should to do ?

Hi @bahram, I'm not sure where to start here. You're saying you've gone for 2 months without service??? Okay first of all if you successfully transferred your number from Fido, I don't believe there's any way to cancel the request to fido--it's likely your Fido account has been closed for some time, ever since the port completed.
There are a few things that could be wrong. #1 your phone may be incompatible (not all phones that work with Fido (or Rogers/Chatr) work with Public Mobile. Rogers operates a 2G GSM network and is the only Canadian provider to do so. So, if you are using a phone from overseas or one that is very old, it's quite possible it does not have the necessary 3G frequencies. I've talked more about that in this response on your other thread just a moment ago. It's also possible that if you bought the phone from Fido, it may well be completely compatible but may be locked to Fido. If that's the case, you will need to contact Fido to unlock it for you before you can use it.
If both of those things are not the cause, you may have a encountered an activation glitch. I told you A MONTH AND A HALF AGO, in this very same thread, how exactly you can get help for that. Hi there , my sim card is doesn,t work from the beganing also i paid twice the monthly payment the sim card number89122300xxxxxxxx .i want transfer my charter from charter mobil number to public the number 514-xxxxxxxx and give my two months credit .

Look, @bahram, I told you ON MONDAY how to fix this. Have you contacted the moderator team yet? Please, they are the ONLY ones that can help you with this issue.
To be completely honest, I have no idea what your issue is because you've been all over the map across a few different threads [one, two, three, plus the current thread] and very difficult to understand, but contacting the moderators is your next step. Not sure what's your exact problem, but if you already activated your SIM, then it is normal to receive the "Invalid SIM" message if you try to write your SIM card number anywhere in the system again (reactivating a new line or changing SIM in the selfserve)...
