If I signed up for a monthly yesterday but cancel it today, do I get any of the monthly fee back? other providers only charge you the days you used the service so want to make sure Public does the same.

@Benyuen1 PM is pre-paid and the monthly payment is non-refundable. It might be best to stick with them if you want to get the full bang for your buck unless you find a black Friday deal too good to refuse. If you port to Telus or Koodo, perhaps they would be able to transfer your credit since they are affiliated with PM.

@Benyuen1 if you plan to leave PM at some point, plan to do it near the time your subscription renewal is due to maximize the use of your dollars. Leaving right after you just paid means you'd be esentially paying to PM and the new provider for 1 month.

@Benyuen1 to add to what @Brettster9902 posted, all the major carriers do the same with PRE paid plans, not just Public Mobile.

No, it’s a prepaid service. What you are talking about is postpaid service.
