If your Koodo account is still active you just need to login to your account and get your account number.
If you were on a Koodo postpaid plan then login into your PM account by clicking on the "My account" button top right and select change number and setup the port.
If you are a prepaid Koodo customer then click on the mailbox icon and send a message to @CS_Agent include your Koodo account information, phone number and name and they will move your number (port) from Kood.

If that is a prepaid Koodo account, you must tell Moderator_Team to port in your number. You cannot do it from your self-serve account.

@jkimshsy, is your Koodo account still active? It must be active in order for you to be able to transfer the number. If it is active, you can initiate a number transfer from within your self serve portal. Just go to Plan and Add-Ons, then Change Phone number. If it is a Koodo prepaid number, you must ask moderators for help.

Posting again in another topic will not help you any better to retrieve your number. Follow what has been said above or provide more details on your old phone number you are trying to port.

Were you on Koodo prepaid or postpaid? Prepaid requires moderator intervention.
What do you "get back"? Are you trying to use the Change number/Transfer number function?

@jkimshsy , if you ported your Public Mobile number to another carrier, that number resides with the new carrier. There is nothing that Public Mobile can do to get your number back. You would need to activate a new account with Public Mobile and then submit a number port back in.

Ok, you do realize whatever you ported over that account will be cancelled once the port completes?
Is the wrong number you entered yours?
The best thing to do is to send a private message to @CS_Agent with the details and they should be able to givbe you advice on how to proceed.
