@quenoum check your available balance. Was it increased? Check CC - do you see PM's transaction there?

First off no need for that type of language to be used.  Are you renewing early?  Rewards are only applied on your regular renewal date.  Can you post a screenshot of your payment history with all personal info removed?

A balance in your Available Funds will be used on your renewal date. What error are you talking about? Are you up for renewal?
