Hi wondering if someone can help me.
I woke up this morning and my phones service is not working
i see in the left hand corner sos in red.
no 611 for help or anywhere else.

do i know if they are.

Send an email to Public Mobile.
Click on this link : https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/contact-us
Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.
- Choose "My Account"
- Choose "Passwords"
- Choose "I have a question related to my PIN or password"
Then click on "Email Us" and fill up the form.

Very kind of you Martin but how will they contact me if my phone is shut down and they dont
have my e-mail on file.

Thanks for the number, when it prompts me to give my phone number it says it doesnt exist.
and that i should go to the community for help.
Very strange as i never missed a payment they seem to have nothing in their system that says
i'm with them, yet my phone was working as of late last night and have been here since
2014 without any problems.
i guess i have no choice but to go elsewhere thanks for trying to help me martin and cyber.

Thanks for the phone number... when it prompts me to give my phone number and i enter it.. it says they cant find my phone number to go to the cummunity board.

i have been with public since august 23 2014 never missed a payment
as they have got my credit card number when i try to log on to my account with my
e-mail address it says not verifiable yet i have past e-mails from them.
when i try to create a new account with my phone number it also says phone number
not registered

Are you sure you're using the same email when you registered your Public Mobile account ?

Can you let us know if your phone show "SIM card not registered" ?
Can you logon to your account (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca) and verify if the status of your account show EXPIRED or ACTIVE ?
