I signed up over a month ago. my data works but my phone doesn't receive text or calls. i ported a number over but no number is showing up in my account.
what do i do since there is no customer service to talk to?

How about, what type of phone do you have?
Also, are you able to try your PM SIM in another phone to see if all services work in another phone? Make sure to reboot the phone after you insert the SIM.

@elizabethbeeds contact customer support mods
click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "no service"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
*login using your community account
make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

You activated a PM SIM over a month ago and you still have no calling or texting abilities?
Have you rebooted your phone since activating?
What kind of phone do you have?
Edit: re-reading what you wrote - Wait are you able to call and text out?
