my data stops working and I can't see my used data on PM website

Hello, all the sudden I realize that I don't have access to data anymore. There is a exclaimation mark beside 4G symbol. I tried to check my data usage on PM website in my account, and there is no table that indicates the usage. Please help. Thanks.

@moji105 here's how to check which apps are using up all your data:

 

on iPhone or on an Android phone

Just to add up some apps consume a lot of data while in the background like updates and some stuff so check your apps for background usage .

Thank you but the point is I don't stream videos/music and my phone doesn't show that much of data usage and I have 4G per month. It's impossible to use up all the data. My husband streams music all the time and 4G is enough for him. I need someone from PM to check exactly how much data I have used in the last couple of months.

@moji105, US data roaming can't be used as your regular data while you are in Canada.

FYI, US roaming add-on data doesn't last past 10 days.  They disappear after that even if not used.

thanks. I just checked. There's definitely a messed-up on PM part. My account shows I have 1GB add-on already (probably from my last US roaming) and I am still out of data. Ever since I bought that US roaming once, there has always been problem here and there. What's going on? I need someone from PM to reset my add-on and clean up this mess.

how do I know if I exhausted all my data if there is no record for me to check? I have 4G per month and it's impossible to use that much data. assuming I used up all my data, is there a way to purchase more? Thank you!

You've probably used up your data.  Because PM is prepaid and there are no overage charges, your data would simply stop working.  When you use up all your data allotment, the data counter disappears entirely from your account under Data & Add-on Usage.  If you have not exhausted your data it should look like this:
