The other option, @DD53 , is to contact Public Mobile’s porting assistance department.
Public Mobile does not like that number being posted on this website as it results in calls unrelated to porting.
To get it, simply google, “koodo porting assistance number” and you’ll get it - Koodo and Public Mobile share the same porting assistance group.

Once they get in touch with you, a Public Mobile will have the number porting request re-submitted.
