Hi
I noticed a massive data chuck used on Feb 14th @ 10.08 of about 656 megabytes. I checked my phone and nothing was sent at that specific time. What could use so much?

My month just changed over on the 5th, and it now says that .86 of the gig was used up already in 2 days. I have never had this happen before. I work from home, so I use our home network 99% of the time and of the 1% its a bit of surfing only if I have too out of office to check things. What are the possible causes for lost data so to speak..hacked phone..account?

The specific time you see does not matter. PM does not show data in Usage history constantly, it only updates it twice a day. So the 656 Mb of data was not used at the time, but it was a daily usage.
But you can ask PM to check if you still think the data was wrong.
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
