Like @ShawnC13 mentioned, PM the mods using his instructions with your info and your issue and they should be able to fix it pretty quickly and painlessly. Good luck!

It never works from day one?

If so, are you able to log into self portal and see if its activated.   

If none of that works and you already finished the sign up process.  You need to contact @CS_Agent
