I joined Public Mobile 2 months ago and just received my credit card bill. On April 1, you charged my account $20.34 ($18 + 13% tax), but when I check my online account, I see that that should have been a credit for $18 instead of a charge.
Can you please reverse the charges and credit, instead of debit my account for the ? Thanks.

what plan are you on? What is was your available balance? Can you post a screenshot of your payment history. Why do you think you were supposed to have been cretid 18$?
