how do I change my.plan

I have money on there just need to change it

To change your plan.Log in to your account beside where it says account status active you should see change plan.  Click on it to build your plan (be cautious that all the features you want are part of the package build). It is easiest to  have it chang on the date of your next renewal pay .If you want to change right now first add any additional money to your account if increasing plan then select change plan.

After you choose your new plan, you would have to decide, if you want to apply changes immediately or at your next renewal date.

@Nickgazoo, just to be certain, you want to change to a plan with different features than the current one.  Is your intention simply to renew your current plan?  In either case, you can perform this function in your online account.  If you need assistance, the moderator team will be able to assist with managing this and other online features.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Refer to the following knowledge base link for information on contacting the moderator team.

To change your plan.. Log in to your account .Beside account status active just click on change plan. Choose your plan you want and then have it changed on the day your plan comes out on auto pay .If you want to change right now first add money to your account ,then go to change plan and have it changed today. hope this helps you.

If your plan is for xpired you need to ask mods to make the change.

If your plan is active you can future date a plan change or you can make an immediate plan change log into self serve and click change can button.  If you do an immediate plan change you will forefit any time remaining on you old plan
