hello

my name is donna and i have just made an account and set up my SIM chip for my phone. i thought i had got 30 day payment plan with unlimited provincial talk, unlimited canada wide text messaging, 1g of data and paid for it my account says for some reason that i only have the data but i want the other things as well. can you please help me sort this out so i have what i picked and thought i paid for so i can use my phone.

It looked like you only got parcial activated. I just signed up a few days ago, I had the same issues you are having. Just message Mod_team, someone will help you to solve the problems. They are very effecient.

If you just signed up, you can contact the Moderator team and ask them to change your plan.  You may need to add money to your balance if the plan you want is more expensive than the one you currently have.
